Rehydrate and blend with perlite (80:20) for a lightweight, free-draining potting mix. Ideal for nurseries running high-volume propagation lines.
Propagation Trays
Fill 50- or 84-cell trays directly from hydrated block material. Ultra-low native EC avoids nutrient lock-out in sensitive seedling roots.
Retail & Hobby
Compact 5 kg format ships efficiently as a retail consumer product. One block produces ~70 L of growing medium — equivalent to 3–4 standard potting bags.

Add Water
Place block in a container. Pour 15–18 L of clean water (EC ≤ 0.5) over the block. Allow 15–20 minutes for full absorption.

Break & Loosen
Once hydrated, break apart manually or with a fork. Fluff to remove compaction. Medium is ready for direct use or blending.

Adjust if Needed
Test EC and pH of the hydrated medium. If EC exceeds 1.0, rinse with additional water. Target pH 5.8–6.5 before adding nutrients.
