Product & Technical
What EC level does your buffered coco peat have?
Our standard buffered coco peat has an EC below 0.5 mS/cm (1:1.5 extract method). Custom EC targets between 0.3–1.0 mS/cm are available on request for specific crop requirements.
What is coco peat buffering and why does it matter?
Buffering is the process of treating coco coir to displace naturally occurring sodium and potassium ions. Unbuffered coir will lock up calcium and magnesium from your nutrient solution, causing deficiencies. All our export-grade products are buffered as standard.
What is the water holding capacity and air-filled porosity of your grow bags?
Our standard grow bags deliver 60–65% WHC (water holding capacity) and 28–32% AFP (air-filled porosity). These figures are measured per RHP standard methodology and are included in the COA.
What is the pH range of your coco peat?
Our buffered coco peat has a pH between 5.5 and 6.5, which is optimal for most greenhouse crops. This is measured using the 1:1.5 extract method and verified per batch.
Can you produce custom EC or custom coir/husk-chip blends?
Yes. We offer custom blends with any ratio of coco pith to husk chips, custom buffering levels, and custom bag dimensions. Custom formulations are available from 1 container minimum. Contact us with your crop and target parameters.
Is your coco coir RHP certified?
Our products are produced to RHP-compatible standards. We are not a direct RHP-certified processor but our EC, pH, WR, and AFP parameters fall within RHP substrate tolerances. We can provide full parameter data for your RHP compliance review.
Are your mini briquettes OMRI listed?
Our mini briquettes meet OMRI input criteria and are suitable for USDA NOP certified organic operations. We can provide the material data needed to support your organic certification application.
Ordering & Logistics
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is one 20-foot container. For LCL (less than container load) orders, contact us with your volume and we will advise.
How long is the lead time from order to shipment?
Standard lead time is 14–21 days from order confirmation to loading. For custom blend orders, allow 21–28 days. We will confirm the exact lead time when your order is placed.
Which ports do you ship from?
We ship from Chennai Port and Cochin Port, both in South India. Port of origin depends on your destination and vessel schedule. We will confirm the port when we send your shipping estimate.
What documentation comes with an export shipment?
Every shipment includes: Certificate of Analysis, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Phytosanitary Certificate (NPPO India), and Certificate of Origin where applicable.
Do you offer custom formulations?
Yes. We offer custom blends with any ratio of coco pith to husk chips, custom buffering levels, and custom bag dimensions. Custom formulations are available from 1 container minimum. Contact us with your crop and target parameters.
Quality & Documentation
What is in the Certificate of Analysis?
The COA includes: batch reference number, production date, EC (mS/cm), pH, moisture content (%), bulk density (g/L), water holding capacity (%), and air-filled porosity (%). It is issued on CVM letterhead and signed by our QC team.
