每批货物在离开 Tamil Nadu 之前，都在我们的内部实验室进行测试。COA 包含 EC (mS/cm)、pH、水分含量 (%)、堆积密度和批次参考号——在发货前以数字形式发送。

QC Process
01
Raw material intake
Every coconut husk delivery is moisture-tested and visually inspected before entering the washing lines.

Post-wash EC check
After triple-washing, EC is measured. Batches above 0.5 mS/cm are returned to the wash line.

Post-buffer lab test
After buffering, pH and EC are re-measured. Full QC parameters are logged to the batch record.
04
COA issue pre-shipment
Final COA generated from the batch record and sent to the buyer digitally before the container is sealed.
