Our grow bags and slabs are produced to RHP substrate standards — the benchmark for professional greenhouse growing media in the Netherlands and Germany. EC, pH, water retention, and air-filled porosity are all within RHP-specified tolerances.

NPPO India — National Plant Protection Organisation
All export shipments carry a Phytosanitary Certificate issued by NPPO India. Pallets and packaging are heat-treated to FAO standards and certified clean for import in all destination countries.

In-house QC Lab — Tamil Nadu
Every shipment batch is tested in our in-house laboratory before leaving Tamil Nadu. COA includes EC (mS/cm), pH, moisture content (%), bulk density, and batch reference number — sent digitally before shipment.

QC Process
01
Raw material intake
Every coconut husk delivery is moisture-tested and visually inspected before entering the washing lines.

Post-wash EC check
After triple-washing, EC is measured. Batches above 0.5 mS/cm are returned to the wash line.
03
Post-buffer lab test
After buffering, pH and EC are re-measured. Full QC parameters are logged to the batch record.
04
COA issue pre-shipment
Final COA generated from the batch record and sent to the buyer digitally before the container is sealed.
